In order to provide better spectral efficiency both local and global contents are transmitted in single constellation using hierarchical modulation. In this paper a hierarchical modulated OFDM system for local service insertion is analyzed and its performance under various channels is been discussed. 摘要

随着用户的增加,频谱的有效利用在数字地面电视网络中起着重要的作用。在数字视频广播中,本地内容通过单频网络传输,全球内容通过多频网络传输。多频网络支持全球内容的传输,但占用大量频谱。同样,单频网络也能很好地支持本地内容。为了提供更好的频谱效率,局部和全局内容采用分层调制在单个星座中传输。分层调制OFDM系统具有良好的频谱效率和对衰落环境的鲁棒性。分析了一种用于本地业务插入的分层调制OFDM系统,讨论了该系统在不同信道下的性能。本文采用了卷积编码器。
