摘要

为了解决现有半自动分拣作业中存在的问题,运用工效学方法提出了分拣作业的人机适应性评价指标,并结合李克特度量法和层次分析法提出了分拣作业的评价模型。通过对现有运行的评估计算,分析了两大急需解决的问题,即运行姿态和器具的设计指标。在综合考虑人体生理特点和国家相关政策法规的基础上,结合MOD方法,提出了作业流程、作业姿势、作业设备的优化方案。
