Because customers do not initially know from which vendors their order comes from, and only consider Kunyahku as the brand representing the vendors, Kunyahku has a unique business process which no current existing e-commerce platforms is able to accommodate. A custom backend system with the ability of calculating the most suitable vendor based on the closest distance between the vendor and the customer is required to support the e-commerce business process.
