The materials are developed based on the target needs and in line with the students’ learning styles. This study analyzes the lecturer’s and students’ needs in the domains of learning styles, learning goals, themes/topics, learning materials, learning strategies, learning methods, learning media, and evaluation. This study employed qualitative and quantitative approaches by distributing a questionnaire to one lecturer and 19 students. The results revealed that the lecturer and students needed new teaching materials delivered by the quantum approach.
