Double-layer optimal configuration of active distribution network with multiple market entities under power reform
The power market reform broke the monopoly operation mode of vertical integration of power grid company, and the open market environment gave birth to diversified market participants. In order to balance the interests of various market entities and maximize the total social benefits. This paper proposes a double-layer optimal configuration model of active distribution network with multiple market entities under power reform. The upper model considers the maximum economic benefits of energy and service providers, including distributed generation investors, distribution companies and energy storage operators, and considers the energy storage operation strategies under different investment entities. The lower model considers the user side economic benefits and ensures maximum user satisfaction through demand response. In this paper, the model is simulated by IEEE33 distribution network system. The results show that the model can effectively improve the interests of various market entities and improve the total social benefits.
