Using ELECTRE method, most effective shift group and the least attractive alternatives for intervention were selected in this company. 摘要

有效的安全管理需要重视人为因素,预防事故的发生。本研究的目的是评估和分析安全气候,以选择2010年伊朗石化公司的最佳轮班组。设计了横断面研究,对151名工人发放了安全气候问卷。采用电子电工法寻找最佳轮班组。调查问卷151份,回收有效问卷134份,回收率为88.74%。问卷的信度经Cronbach's alpha评定为0.928。结果表明,68.7%的工人有积极的安全气候。年龄与安全气候之间存在显著的相关关系(p < 0.05)。采用ELECTRE方法,选择该公司最有效的轮班组和最不吸引人的干预方案。本研究显示了关注对员工间积极安全态度提升的重要性。
