[A case of pseudoinfarct of the liver (Zahn's infarct)].

We reported a case of pseudoinfarct (Zahn's infarct) of the liver caused by the inflammatory pseudotumor. A dense segmental staining in the area of Zahn's infarct, which was thought to be characteristic finding, was found on the hepatic angiography.
