The study results shall be used as a guideline for developing educational institution administration to become stable and sustainable learning organizations in the future. This research aimed 1) to study levels of transformational leadership among administrators of private schools, 2) to study levels of effectiveness of educational institution administration among administrators of private schools 3) to study transformational leadership that affects effectiveness of educational institution administration of private schools and 4) to study a guideline to improve effectiveness of educational institution administration by using transformational leadership among administrators of private schools. The research was conducted on the basis of survey research design. The sample comprised 266 teachers. of private schools under Samut Sakhon Provincial Education Office. Key informants were 5 school administrators. 摘要

当今的全球社会由于高水平技术的发展而充满了进步。研究结果表明,应使用可为未来教育机构管理发展成为稳定、可持续的学习型组织提供指导。本研究旨在1)研究私立学校管理者的变革型领导水平;2)研究民办学校管理者对教育机构管理的有效性水平;3)研究变革型领导对民办学校教育机构管理有效性的影响;4)研究利用变革型领导提高民办学校教育机构管理有效性的指导方针。本研究在调查研究设计的基础上进行。样本包括266名教师。Samut Sakhon省教育厅下属的私立学校主要举报人为5名学校管理人员。研究结果表明:1)萨木特府教育厅下属民办学校管理者变革型领导总体和各方面均处于较高水平,2)民办学校管理者变革型领导总体和各方面均处于较高水平,3)民办学校管理者变革型领导影响民办学校管理者教育机构管理有效性,差异有统计学意义(0.05)。4)运用变革型领导提高教育机构管理有效性的指导原则可以总结为:4.1)变革型领导提高有效性的要素是智力激励和理想化影响,4.2)教育机构管理有效性需要PDCA的战略规划、积极的政策和先进的技术。
