One of the efforts to handle it is by giving Moringa chocolate. Research objective: analyzeeffectiveness of giving Moringa chocolate on hemoglobin levels of adolescent girls. Research method: Type of researchquasi experiment with nonrandomized pretest and posttest design with control group. The population of this study was 75, purposive sampling with a sample of 60 which were divided into a treatment group of 30 people, and a control group of 30 people. The control group consumed 50g of Moringa chocolate for 30 consecutive days, and the control group did not consume Moringa chocolate. Hb levels were measured before and after treatment. Data analysis used paired t-test and independent t-test. Results: Paired t-test in the treatment group p value of 0.009 (p <0.05),CI95%, which means there is a difference in Hb levels before and after being given Moringa chocolate, while in the control group the p value is 0.255 (p>0.05) 95% CI, which means there is no difference in Hb levels in the control group who are not given Moringa chocolate. . Independent analysis of t-test obtained p value of 0.005 (p <0.05), which means that there is a significant effect on the measurement results of post-test HB levels between the treatment group and the control group. 摘要

缺铁性贫血仍然是印度尼西亚青少年的一个主要营养问题。解决方法之一是给辣木巧克力。研究目的:分析给予辣木巧克力对青春期少女血红蛋白水平的影响。研究方法:研究型准实验,采用非随机前测和后测设计,对照组。这项研究的总人数为75人,有目的的抽样,其中60人被分为治疗组30人,对照组30人。对照组连续30天食用50克辣木巧克力,对照组不食用辣木巧克力。治疗前后测定Hb水平。数据分析采用配对t检验和独立t检验。结果:治疗组配对t检验p值为0.009 (p 0.05) 95% CI,说明未给予辣木巧克力的对照组Hb水平无差异。t检验独立分析得到p值为0.005 (p <0.05),说明治疗组与对照组对测后HB水平测量结果有显著影响。结论:辣木巧克力影响年轻女性的Hb水平。
