Knowledge is the process of finding information obtained by a person through various sensory organs. Knowledge in this case relates to the completeness of the nursing care documentation. The nursing process as a tool for nurses to carry out nursing care carried out on patients has an important meaning for both parties, namely nurses and clients. The purpose of this study is to analyze knowledge with completeness of filling in nursing care documentation based on the approach of the nursing process of nursing students in semester VI of STIKES Buana Husada Ponorogo. This study used a correlational design . The population in this study was all nursing students in semester VI of STIKES Buana Husada Ponorogo. The sample in this study was all 15 nursing students in semester VI of STIKES Buana Husada Ponorogo. The sampling technique is Total sampling. This study used the Spearman Rank statistical test with α = 0.05. The results of research from 15 respondents showed that student knowledge about nursing care documentation based on the nursing process approach was mostly good as many as 9 respondents (60%), students in documenting nursing care with the nursing process approach were mostly complete as many as 8 respondents (53.3%). There is a Relationship between Knowledge and Completeness of Filling in Nursing Care Documentation Based on the Nursing Process Approach of Nursing Students in Semester VI STIKES Buana Husada Ponorogo.with p value = 0.000 with α = 0.05 Respondents always update the latest science related to nursing care in order to be able to compile nursing care in a comprehensive and orderly manner in accordance with the development of science.

Iron deficiency anemia is still a major nutritional problem in adolescents in Indonesia. One of the efforts to handle it is by giving Moringa chocolate. Research objective: analyzeeffectiveness of giving Moringa chocolate on hemoglobin levels of adolescent girls. Research method: Type of researchquasi experiment with nonrandomized pretest and posttest design with control group. The population of this study was 75, purposive sampling with a sample of 60 which were divided into a treatment group of 30 people, and a control group of 30 people. The control group consumed 50g of Moringa chocolate for 30 consecutive days, and the control group did not consume Moringa chocolate. Hb levels were measured before and after treatment. Data analysis used paired t-test and independent t-test. Results: Paired t-test in the treatment group p value of 0.009 (p <0.05),CI95%, which means there is a difference in Hb levels before and after being given Moringa chocolate, while in the control group the p value is 0.255 (p>0.05) 95% CI, which means there is no difference in Hb levels in the control group who are not given Moringa chocolate. . Independent analysis of t-test obtained p value of 0.005 (p <0.05), which means that there is a significant effect on the measurement results of post-test HB levels between the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion: Moringa chocolate affects young women's Hb levels.

In achieving the highest degree of public health, the Public Health Center organizes public health efforts (UKM) and individual health efforts (UKP) by prioritizing promotive and preventive efforts. UKP and UKM are implemented through Public Health Center program. One of Public Health Center programs is the Healthy Indonesia Program with a Family Approach (PIS-PK). In its implementation, the function between UKP and UKM must be balanced in order to achieve an increase in the degree of public health. The current Covid-19 pandemic has also affected the implementation of the program at the Public Health Center. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Healthy Indonesia Program with a Family Approach (PIS-PK) during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Kediri III Health Center. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The sample selection used purposive sampling, namely an informant. Data collection based on primary and secondary data was carried out by means of interviews and document review. Data analysis using bottleneck analysis from Tanahashi. There are limited facilities and infrastructure due to the absence of internal health center policies related to PIS-PK, equipment and also the budget for PIS-PK implementation. In addition, the achievement of PIS-PK indicators is still low, especially on indicators of TB treatment, hypertension treatment and also family members who do not smoke. Another obstacle is related to the achievement of Healthy Family Index which is still classified as an unhealthy family. There are obstacles in terms of supply and demand. It is hoped that there will be good coordination and communication between the Health Office and the Public Health Center. The Public Health Center should develop internal policies related to the implementation of PIS-PK.

Mosquito larva monitoring officers are one of the team worksestablished by a community in each neighborhood unit/community unit (RT/RW) to perform a Periodic Larvae Inspectionand Monitoring, as well as Aedes aegypti andAedes albopictus Mosquito Nest Eradication (PSN). Mosquitos aedes aegypti a cause dengue faver. Based on secondary data from the Banajarejo Health Center, there were 2 cases of dengue fever in 2021 and in 2022 there were 11 cases, the increase in cases could be influenced by several factors, such as humans and the environment. This study aims to determine the relationship of larva monitoring interpreters (jumantik) with the incidence of dengue disease in cadres in the working area of the Banjarejo Health Center. This study uses a quantitative method with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples in this study were 136 respondents, the sampling technique in this study was proportional random sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire that was analyzed by chi-square test by looking at the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between the role of larvae monitoring interpreters and the incidence of dengue disease in cadres in the working area of the Banjarejo Health Center, the p-value = 0.032 with value RP (95% CI) = 5,817(1,228-28,551). The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between jumantik cadres and the incidence of dengue disease in cadres in the working area of the Banjarejo Health Center. For further researchers, it is recommended to add other factors to the incidence of DHF, such as human behavior factors and environmental factors as well.

Indonesia is a "megabio-diversity" country, the World Conservation Monitoring Center has reported that the territory of Indonesia is an area where many types of medicinal plants are found with the number of plants that have been utilized reaching 2,518 species (EISAI, 1995). Indonesia's wealth of biological resources is a potential resource in the pharmaceutical sector which has not been fully utilized. (Prodisfar, 2021). The purpose of this study is to develop and recommend strategies for accelerating and developing phytopharmaceuticals for public health in Indonesia. The research method is Qualitative Method. The population and sample of the study were conducted by purposive sampling involving informants from across ministries, the pharmaceutical industry, as well as professional organizations in Indonesia, and hospitals. The results of the study show that Indonesia must carry out an acceleration strategy using an intensive strategy (Market Penetration and Product Development and Market Product), while the development strategy is carried out by backward integration, forward integration and horizontal integration as an effort to maintain public health in Indonesia. Suggestions for further researchers, in order to be able to conduct special studies on halal products and pharmacoeconomics for public health.
