摘要

研究生教育是中国高等教育的最高层次,是培养高层次专业人才的摇篮。研究生培养质量是研究生教育的生命线,决定着国家未来经济社会发展的潜力和人才的竞争力。随着全国研究生招生规模的不断扩大,地方师范院校培养适应生命科学发展和社会需求的生物专业人才,探索生物专业研究生培养的新模式,具有重要的理论和现实意义。14年来,信阳师范学院生命科学学院围绕“导师-团队-学科”建设,着力提高研究生的理论素质和实践能力,即“一个中心,两个改进”的生物研究生培养新模式,这对不断提高生物研究生教育教学质量具有重要的理论意义和潜在的应用价值。
