The document recalls that old unfinished tasks still exist and new ones have also emerged that need to be resolved. One of these is to ensure the continuity of activities in the air transport sector. The issue of air transport activity continuity seeks to suppress or strengthen such activities that will allow the continuation of air traffic while resolving the emergency situation.
