The results of the research showed that servant leadership and compensation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Servant leadership and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 摘要

本研究旨在分析服务型领导和薪酬对员工绩效的直接或通过组织承诺的影响。这项研究的总人数是122人。样本规模为93名受访者。数据来源为原始数据,采用问卷调查法,采用简单随机抽样技术收集数据。使用的分析技术是路径分析。研究结果表明,服务型领导和薪酬对组织承诺有显著的正向影响。服务型领导与薪酬对员工绩效有显著的正向影响。Sobel检验结果表明,组织承诺变量可以中介服务型领导和薪酬对员工绩效的影响。
