This study aims to improve closeness in teacher-child relationship in early childhood education through active empathic listening skills training. Participants are four early childhood education teachers. Teacher-child relationships are measured based on teachers' perceptions of their relationship with children. Teachers fill the questionnaire by her perception of her relationship with 5 children. This research uses quasi experimental method with one group pretest-posttest design. The results of statistical data processing showed a very significant change in the increase of closeness level of teacher-child relationship between pretest and post test 1 (z = -3.560, p = 0.000 0,05). 摘要
幼儿教育中师生关系亲密对提高儿童的学校参与度、提高学习成绩、亲社会行为和减少儿童问题行为具有积极影响。本研究旨在透过积极的共情聆听技巧训练,改善幼儿教育中师生关系的亲密度。参与者是四名幼儿教育教师。师生关系是根据教师对他们与孩子关系的看法来衡量的。老师们根据她对自己与5个孩子的关系的看法来填写问卷。本研究采用准实验方法,采用一组前测后测设计。统计数据处理结果显示,测试1前与测试1后师生关系亲密程度的增加变化非常显著(z = -3.560, p = 0.000 0,05)。关键词:主动共情倾听,亲密度,师生关系,幼儿教育教师,幼儿
