摘要

本研究的目的是获得2017-2019年印尼证券交易所上市的房地产和房地产公司的盈利能力、杠杆率和机构所有权对企业社会责任(CSR)调节的公司价值的影响的实证证据。本研究通过有目的抽样技术选取了120家房地产企业样本。所用数据为公司年报形式的二次数据。使用Eviews版本11处理数据。研究结果表明:盈利能力对企业价值没有影响,杠杆对企业价值有正向影响,机构持股对企业价值没有影响,企业社会责任不能调节盈利能力对企业价值的影响,企业社会责任削弱了杠杆对企业价值的影响,企业社会责任不能调节机构持股对企业价值的影响。
