摘要

该属植物具有开发生物活性物质的巨大潜力。虽然这一物种在传统医学中被大量使用,但大多数都是基于获得的经验或前人留下的,没有太多的物种科学基础知识。因此,从越南特有的香树属植物,特别是香树属植物中进行化学成分的调查、研究、评价和潜在生物活性物质的筛选,将具有重要的科学和现实意义,积极促进越南自然资源的合理开发和利用,从而引导香树精油在食品、医药和化妆品等领域的研究和开发。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取精油,并用琼脂扩散法评价其抑菌活性,研究内容如下:对不同地区获得的具有生物活性的香姜属植物精油进行了结果分析、评价和筛选。研究制作抗菌洗手液产品的混合比例,完成抗菌洗手液产品的工艺流程,计算抗菌洗手液产品的成本。
