摘要
本文给出了控制系统元件技术状态测试诊断结果解码与估计的软决策解决方法。为此,提出了采用已开发的逻辑条件分析方法。提出了分组测试实现结果解码算法。利用Microsoft Excel程序工具Visual Basic for Application对开发的方法和算法进行了实际实现。
