The information security system synthesis using the graphs theory 利用图论对信息安全系统进行综合

Timely prevention information security threats, provided by specialized software and hardware, is the effective business foundation, allowing to reduce reputational and financial risks for the company. At the same time, protection must be implemented in all detractors' possible attacks areas. If we turn to the Russian Federation leISSlation, then the FSTEC order №31 of March 14, 2014 may be adopted as the basis for “isolating” the protection vectors, according to which the basic measures for protection should be provided at the following levels: access subjects identification and authentication, access delineation, software restriction, computer storage media protection, etc. (There are 21 of them). On the hardware and software complex basis that implement protection at each of these levels, an enterprise information security system is created. To select the most appropriate software and hardware information security, and, therefore, to build an optimal enterprise information protection system, one can turn to graph theory. In this case, the problem is reduced to the ranked descending graph construction and the optimality problem solution, i.e. critical (maximal) path of this graph calculation. Each graph level corresponds to a specific subsystem of the information security system, while the subsystems are located in the alleged overcoming order protection by the attacker; tops - the considered information security tools; the graph is weighted, the each its arcs weight corresponds to the expert evaluation of the preference for using a particular tool.

Comparing of systems of PCB routers PCB路由器系统的比较

It is compared of widely used CAD Expedision, PADS, Altium designer, SPECCTRA (PCB Alegro Router) and Topological Router (TopoR) to determine the most effective system of routing of printed circuit boards. A comparison method of analysis of hierarchies T. Saaty using criteria, objectively reflecting the design parameters of the topology of the designed products, which directly depend on the efficiency and quality of systems used by procedures for automatic synthesis of the topology.

Applying machine learning techniques to mine ventilation control systems 机器学习技术在矿井通风控制系统中的应用

The purpose of the research is determination of mine ventilation system regulators positions providing required airflow on ventilated directions. Currently regulators positions are set iteratively that causes hunting. It is proposed to use historical data of the system for defining regulators functional dependencies on required airflow values with consideration of temporal variability of a ventilation network. The problem is solved by a regression model based on neural networks. Consequently, a set of model parameters is defined and the control algorithm of the system is modified for using a historical data set.

This conceptual research reflects the understanding of the wider and more coherent use of crypto-currencies and Blockchain' algorithms for the security and equity of operations. This is especially important for the transactions between the collective actors on different hierarchical positions, e.g., the State and private companies or associations, or individuals. The fog computing' hardware and software are helpful for the aims of improving taxation and ensuring reliability of any transactions. The neuron technologies provide creating and developing a multi-criteria assessment of assets or actions, which represent more correct system of affective and socially acceptable evaluations, than it can be calculated on the basis of the cognitive judgments. The ability to provide a high level of information security through systems like Etherium allows of building a reliable and transparent system of taxation and of regulation of all interactions between social, economic and political agents, including the financial and non-financial measurements.

High cooperativity in geomagnetic network is associated with global solar activity indices 地磁网的高协同性与全球太阳活动指数有关

We studied the cooperativity between geomagnetic observations determined by the total cross-correlations between geomagnetic data from different observatories and global solar activity indices. After some preliminary data analysis that included the elimination of outlier measurement likely corresponding to anomalous solar activity and associated magnetic storm conditions, using regression analysis method we have determined the relationship between studied indices even for moderate geomagnetic perturbations. Our results indicate that the approach based on considering a network of observations from different geographical locations may be useful for determining geomagnetic perturbations at global scales that highly correlate with the respective global solar activity indices.

The results of the statistical estimation of the phase modulated signal parameters in white Gaussian noise are given. Measurable functions of the complete sufficient statistics for the phase parameters' estimates under the conditions of a priori uncertainty of the signal amplitude and noise variance were found. The simulation results of the demodulation process using LabVIEW software environment and the synthesized algorithm showed the asymptotic efficiency of the estimates.

Bayes' theorem allows us to determine the probability of an event when another event directly related to it occurs. Thus, the hypothesis about the object under investigation undergoes transformation in the process of receiving new information. This transformation occurs by increasing or decreasing the confidence in the original model data. This determines the relevance of the topic in matters of the influence of the subjective opinion of the auditor and the possibility of obtaining error in the audit, which leads to an incorrect evaluation of the financial statements of the organization.

Fuzzy model assessing the index of development of sustainable marketing of the company 企业可持续营销发展指标的模糊评价模型

The purpose of the article is to develop and substantiate a model for assessing the index of development of sustainable marketing of the company using fuzzy approach. The main point of sustainable marketing is to achieve balance of the company's economic interests and its social and environmental responsibility. “The index of development of sustainable marketing of the company” is determined by a group of complex indicators of the first and second levels, as well as 26 private indicators. It is proved that the specificity of the research object does not allow to use statistical and expert methods for its assessment. To improve the accuracy of the results of assessment it is necessary to apply methods based on the theory of fuzzy sets. The authors apply the algorithm for estimating a complex economic indicator using the theory of fuzzy sets developed by Nedosekin A.O. The result is a complex system of indicators that estimates the index of development of sustainable marketing of the company and fully reflects the multidimensionality of the concept of sustainable marketing. Based on the results of recognition of the values of individual indicators, the integral indicator of the index of development of sustainable marketing of the company was calculated. The developed model can become a reliable way to assess the long-term competitiveness of companies.

The article presents the analysis of the clustering problem formalization and considers possibilities to use the classical methods and bio-inspired methods for solving problems of the cluster analysis. In this paper we do not present full review of the new clustering methods, but identify some trends in the development of cluster analysis and special attention is given to area of bio-inspired methods for clustering. Oscillatory networks can be considered as way that is proposed by nature for solving problems of data mining and especially for cluster analysis. Opportunities are examined for applying the oscillatory networks for general problems of cluster analysis. Have shown general features compared with various traditional methods for cluster analysis.

In the article an approach to accounting uncertainty of the initial information in the system research. It consists in the inclusion of uncertainty as one of the parameters in the studied model systems. The authors propose classification according to the degree of uncertainty, which allows you to identify the following types of uncertainty: complete certainty, stochastic and fuzzy uncertainty. Described mathematical apparatus for recording and eliminating uncertainty.
