This is a causative research that looks at the effect of level of education and transformational leadership on career development. Respondents in this study were Police Personnel in West Sumatera. There were 93 respondents chosen as the samples of this study. The data analysis technique used is path analysis to determine the influence of education levels and transformational leadership on the career development of Police Personnel in West Sumatera. The Influence of Education Level and Transformational Leadership on Career Development of Police Personnel in West Sumatera
