摘要

本文利用1064nm调q Nd:YAG激光器在6ns脉冲下的一次谐波,研究了激光烧蚀法制备的钽纳米颗粒的特性。以乙醇为靶,成功制备了钽和氧化钽的球形纳米颗粒。激光的流畅度为0.9 J/cm2。采用透射电镜(TEM)、光致发光(PL)、x射线衍射(XRD)和吸收光谱分析对样品进行了表征。制备的纳米粒子的尺寸主要在10-20 nm之间,制备的纳米粒子的结构和相组成。
