Managerial strategies in this study are measured into three strat- egies: 1) the effectiveness of school management, 2) strengthening the competence of graduates, 3) empowering teachers and staff. This re- search using quantitative research and sample in this study SMK Negeri 1 Semparuk through panel data regression analysis. The results showed that managerial strategy signif- icantly influenced the achievement of school quality. The effectiveness of school management strategies has a significantly positive effect on school quality outcomes, strategy of strengthening the competencies of gradu- ates and empowering teachers and staff has no significant effect on the achievement of school quality. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨校长实施管理策略对校长素质成就的影响。本研究的管理策略分为三个策略:1)学校管理的有效性,2)加强毕业生的能力,3)赋予教师和员工权力。本研究采用定量研究方法,并以SMK Negeri 1 Semparuk为样本,通过面板数据回归分析。结果表明,管理策略对学校质量的实现有显著影响。学校管理策略的有效性对学校质量结果有显著的正向影响,加强毕业生能力和赋予教师和工作人员权力的策略对学校质量的实现没有显著的影响。我们建议,学校校长应鼓励毕业生培养能力,让教师和教职员积极参与,以达致学校质素。
