Statistical characteristics of the AGC signal, the auxiliary service market rules and performances of different units are fully considered in the process. We finally determine the optimal operating base point and output of the electrode boiler in frequency regulation. Compared with the stochastic simulation using Monte Carlo approach, this approach is much less computationally heavy and easier to implement. 摘要
