摘要

本文提出了一个在工业、车间式环境中面向用户的生产支持系统。生产过程日益复杂,同时制造业正在进行的组织变革加强了对车间层面新一代软件工具的需求。在对工作流、用户知识和二手机械进行分析的基础上,提出了一套面向用户的生产支持工具的概念。此外,本文还举例说明了与丹麦造船商合作实施这一通用概念的示范。介绍了所采用的技术的成就及其局限性。
