In this paper, Battery charging and Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor control were carried out by keeping the photovoltaic panel at the maximum power point with the Perturb and Observe algorithm. Battery was controlled by applying PI control and Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor was controlled by applying Field Oriented Control. Simulations of the study were made at different radiation and torque values.
