摘要

针对往复式压缩机气体脉动引起的管路剧烈振动问题,在管路系统大容器附近安装孔板是降低现场气体脉动的一种简单有效的解决方案。本文通过流体动力学分析证明,改进后的孔管结构能较好地减小气体脉动,有效地降低了由气体脉动引起的往复式压缩机组管路振动。采用孔板管后,压缩机管路系统内气体脉动幅值从根本上降低,改造后机组运行状态良好,有效保证了机组长期稳定运行。
