摘要

本研究旨在:描述影响学生学习成绩的因素,决定学生的学习成果。这种类型的研究是定性的,即确定如何从研究中发现、收集、处理和分析数据。本研究的样本为FAJAR SHIDDIQ管理学院四年级学生,共32人。使用的数据收集方法是观察、访谈和文献研究。使用观察表和访谈指南收集影响学习成果的因素的数据。本研究在MIS FAJAR SHIDDIQ的结果表明,影响四年级学生成绩的因素受到内部(inside)和外部(external)因素的影响。内部因素包括生理因素和心理因素。身体因素,如健康状况、身体状态。以及心理因素,如注意力、兴趣、天赋和准备程度。而外部因素,即学校因素,如课程、教学方法、学生之间的互动、学校纪律、学习工具、建筑条件和图书馆。然而,在这项研究中,主要集中在内部因素或学生内部。关键词:PPKN,学习成绩,影响因素
