摘要

本研究旨在分析不同取食方式对轮虫生长速度和死亡率的影响。本研究采用完全随机设计,包括4个处理和4个重复。以螺旋藻粉(3 g/l)、酵母(0.03 g/l)、大豆发酵和酵母发酵(0.06 g/l)为饲料进行处理。结果表明,螺旋藻处理3 g/l时生长速率最高,平均生长速率为0.82;在剂量为0.6 g/l的酵母发酵处理中,死亡率最高,平均值为0.86。
