Methods: This research was a quasi-experimental design with post-test with control group. The subjects were divided into two groups, they were intervention group given disposable bed bathing and the control group. Results:disposable bed bathing method increased the nurse satisfaction (p = 0.029), but did not affect to the comfort perceived by the patient (p = 0.063). 摘要

导读:洗澡是护士的主要职责之一,但这仍然不是常规的,因为洗澡的过程中使用水和盆(传统)为每个病人花费很长时间。本研究旨在探讨一次性床浴方法对望加锡公立医院脑卒中患者护士满意度及舒适度的影响。方法:本研究采用准实验设计,与对照组进行后测。将受试者分为干预组和对照组,干预组给予一次性床浴。结果:一次性床浴法提高了护理人员的满意度(p = 0.029),但对患者的舒适度无影响(p = 0.063)。结论:一次性床浴方法提高了洗澡患者的护理满意度,但对患者的舒适度没有影响,因为使用水洗澡的习惯是患者固有的文化。
