This proposed model involves with some significant parasitic parameters which was always ignored in past; 2) Based on the proposed model, the total Dynamic Power Loss in Buck Converter has been developed and some formulas for finding out dynamic loss have been put forward, so designer can calculate the whole loss of a switching circuit by the static characteristics and parameters of semiconductor devices given in datasheet and make devices do their best operation in the circuit; 3) The parasitic parameters in the converter play an important role in transient operation and the dynamic losses make a significant contribution for the total loss. 摘要

本文对Buck变换器的动态功率损耗进行了研究,主要贡献如下:1)提出了Buck变换器的暂态分析模型来计算暂态损耗。该模型涉及到一些重要的寄生参数,而这些参数在过去常常被忽略;2)在此基础上,建立了Buck变换器的总动态损耗,并提出了动态损耗的计算公式,使设计人员可以根据数据表中半导体器件的静态特性和参数计算出开关电路的总损耗,使器件在电路中达到最佳工作状态;3)变流器的寄生参数在暂态运行中起重要作用,其中动态损耗占总损耗的很大一部分。所得结论不仅可用于分析变换器的功率损耗,也可用于功率器件的选择。
