This proposed model involves with some significant parasitic parameters which was always ignored in past; 2) Based on the proposed model, the total Dynamic Power Loss in Buck Converter has been developed and some formulas for finding out dynamic loss have been put forward, so designer can calculate the whole loss of a switching circuit by the static characteristics and parameters of semiconductor devices given in datasheet and make devices do their best operation in the circuit; 3) The parasitic parameters in the converter play an important role in transient operation and the dynamic losses make a significant contribution for the total loss.
