The Research and bibliographic archives of the Russian Book Chamber as a base of information source for publications about the history of domestic book business and culture

The comprehensive description of the funds of the Research and bibliographic archives is given and their role in reflection of the history of the Russian Book Chamber (RBC) is shown. The publications of archival documents and materials about the history of bibliography and bibliology are described and fully characterized including those collected in the book series of the RBC «Moscow bookmen and book business: by archives of the Book Chamber». Special attention is given to the documents put into scientific use for the first time.
