It basically consists in prediction of the future size of the technological values and their subsequent approximation by k-th order polynomial. 摘要

本文考虑以模糊行为图的形式建立水泥窑节点“烟气温度”的运行模型。提出了一种利用模糊方法结合节点行为模糊图的模型构造方法的应用。此外,还介绍了利用神经网络学习算法自适应隶属函数参数的方法。本文还介绍了基于训练数据的隶属度函数的初始选择及其最优澄清等问题的解决方法。先前创建的平滑算法用于解决减少来自传感器的信号中的随机噪声的问题。它主要包括预测未来技术值的大小以及随后用k阶多项式逼近它们。所建立的模型是建立窑炉控制逻辑结构和实现窑炉各节点联合运行的必要条件,是开发水泥熟料煅烧过程回转窑建议控制系统的必要条件。
