The research project 3P-Patients and Professionals in Productive Teams aims to study health care services that are run with different patient-centered teamwork models. In this context, a case study was made of an E-clinic in Denmark, with a focus on the technology use and information flow in a patient-centered clinical care context. Qualitative methods were applied with observations and interviews with key informants.
