More specifically, to determine the existence of work-related and non-work-related stressors faced by police officers in the municipality of Maribojoc and identify the preferred strategies that help to cope with those stressors in times of or during a pandemic. The researchers utilized a quantitative research method and conducted the survey in the municipality of Maribojoc. There were 21 total police officers who participated in the survey. The gathered data were statistically interpreted. The results showed that the majority of the respondents’ age ranged from 31–40, the majority were male, most of them were single, and the majority had years in service of under 1–10 years. The common stressors they experienced were spending too much time wearing and discarding personal protective equipment (PPE), having anxiety, and being sleepless because of long duty hours.
