摘要

随着高速公路网总里程的增加,如何提高高速公路网的效率,实现视频数据的同网传输,需要引起高度重视。为了进一步提高视频监控设施的覆盖率,在高速公路网的全里程范围内进行高清视频监控系统建设势在必行。本文提出了一种基于云平台的高速公路视频监控建设方案,通过构建三级云平台实现视频云联网方案。
