Improving the Culture of Interaction and Trust among Students in the Context of Internationalization in Higher School

В статье подняты проблемные вопросы межкультурного взаимодействия студентов в интернациональной образовательной среде. Приведены методологические обоснования и содержание способов гармонизации кросс-культурного общения субъектов образования. Проанализированы преимущества и риски использования в поликультурной образовательной среде высшего образования принципов мультикультурализма, интеграции и контакта. Определены критерии эффективного кросс-культурного взаимодействия и межличностного доверия у студентов. На примере способов, реализуемых в Российском университете дружбы народов имени Патриса Лумумбы, продемонстрированы положительный опыт сохранения культурного многообразия и интеграции иностранных студентов в русскоязычную культуру. Раскрыты содержательные и технологические аспекты способов повышения доверия и организации межкультурного диалога в интернациональной студенческой группе. Приведенные способы повышения культуры взаимодействия и межличностного доверия студентов представляют научный и методический интерес для специалистов воспитательных отделов, социально-психологических служб, преподавателей, осуществляющих образовательную деятельность в поликультурной среде университетов. The article raises major issues of intercultural interaction of students in an international educational environment. It lists methodological basics and techniques that help to harmonize cross-cultural communication among students. The analysis clarifies both advantages and risks of the principles of multiculturalism, integration and contact in a multicultural educational environment of higher schools. The article determines criteria for effective cross-cultural interaction and interpersonal trust among students. Using experience implemented at the Patrice Lumumba Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, we show ways to preserve cultural diversity and integrate foreign students into the Russian-language culture. The paper dwells on the content and technologies that increase trust and organize intercultural dialogue in an international student group. The above ways to improve the culture of interaction and interpersonal trust of students are of scientific and methodological interest for specialists in educational departments, social and psychological services, lecturers engaged in educational activities in the multicultural environment of universities.
