摘要

目的:探讨牙髓处理对全麻下儿童前牙氧化锆冠成活率的影响。材料与方法:对32例18 ~ 60月龄儿童在全麻下行ZCs的80颗前牙进行18个月的随访。的失败案例进行了分类。统计分析采用独立样本t检验、卡方检验和Kaplan-Meier生存法。结果:牙髓治疗组与未治疗组ZCs存活率无显著差异(p < 0.05)。根据有无牙髓症状来考虑ZCs的生存时间,观察到18个月时80颗牙中有4颗出现症状(有或无冠脱落),成功率为95%。结论:麻醉治疗儿童前乳牙ZCs成活率高。
