In newborns with cCMV:jaundice in 60% (6/10), low birthweight in 40% (4/10), small for gestational age in 50% (5/10) of them. 摘要

目的:了解初诊新生儿cmmv感染及CMV-DNA病毒感染情况;筛查试验(NHST)和CMV-DNA病毒与cCMV患者身体、精神运动发育和听力状况的关系二岁。患者和方法:采用聚合酶链反应试剂盒和检测1150例新生儿口腔拭子(0-21天)CMV-DNA;唾液中CMV-DNA阳性患者的尿液。进行瞬态诱发耳声发射试验。结果:38例新生儿唾液CMV-DNA阳性(3.3%)，10例新生儿尿液CMV-DNA阳性。ccmv的流行为0.87% (95% CI=0.697-1.042)。所有新生儿都通过了NHST测试。cCMV新生儿:黄疸占60%(6/10)，低出生体重;40%(4/10)， 50%(5/10)小于胎龄。黄疸是最显著的变量(P
