One of the qualitative research methods, document analysis was used, and the data were decoded through descriptive analysis method. The data set of the research was determined using criteria sampling method out of the best-selling illustrated story books of the publishing houses that participated in Istanbul Book Fair. Upon contacting 30 publishing houses, 102 books were included in the data set. In order to find the messages given directly or indirectly in the illustrated story books, the sentences and pictures were analyzed. “Protection rights” was based on as the main category in this analysis. The most supported rights found in the books were “The best interests of the child”, “Getting informed and protected against harmful publications”, and “Physical protection”, while the most violated rights were “The best interests of the child”, “Getting treated equally and protected against discrimination”, and “Child’s right of being a child”, respectively. 摘要

本研究旨在从《儿童权利公约》的保护权利角度分析3-6岁儿童绘本。采用定性研究方法之一的文献分析,并通过描述性分析方法对数据进行解码。本研究的数据集采用标准抽样的方法从参加伊斯坦布尔书展的各出版社的畅销插图故事书中确定。在联系了30家出版社后,数据集中收录了102本书。为了找出插图故事书中直接或间接传达的信息,对句子和图片进行了分析。本文以“保护权”作为分析的主要范畴。书中支持最多的权利是“儿童的最大利益”、“知情权和保护不受有害出版物侵害”和“人身保护”,侵犯最多的权利分别是“儿童的最大利益”、“得到平等对待和保护不受歧视”和“儿童作为儿童的权利”。因此,在这个关键时期,绘本故事书是孩子们的向导。
