The Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method is proposed to identify potential causes of failure—train braking systems. The main components of train braking, critical systems, failure modes, and causes of failure are analyzed, and preventive measures are suggested to reduce the impact of the failure. 摘要

列车制动系统的质量控制是保证列车乘客安全的一个重要方面。本研究旨在分析影响列车制动系统失效的因素,特别是存在问题的制动部件,以提高列车制动系统的质量标准。提出了故障模式与影响分析(FMEA)方法来识别列车制动系统故障的潜在原因。分析了列车制动的主要部件、关键系统、失效模式、失效原因,提出了减少故障影响的预防措施。结果表明,占49%的最高故障原因是控制阀中制动系统部件的故障,其RPN值为720,可能导致制动块粘结,从而发生泄漏,制动系统无法工作。
