摘要

本文运用跨文化翻译批评和功能对等翻译理论,认为LXX语的nomos (law, instruction, statute)及其衍生的nomimos (law, ordinance)对希伯来语的对应词tōrâ/ḥûqqâ/ḥoq (law, ordinance, statute)具有更好的功能对等性。此外,拉丁拉丁文拉丁文和斯瓦希里语联合版本的tōrâ/ḥûqqâ(出埃及记12:43-49)分别用religio(仪式)/ lex(法律)或amri(诫命)/ sheria(法律)来表达类似的功能对等。因此,本研究的结果邀请LXX学者、文学翻译理论家和实践者携起手来,分享他们对LXX翻译技术的理解和更好的翻译实践。
