Therefore, the role of the teacher is needed in achieving it. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of Pancasila and Citizenship Education teachers plays in increasing the awareness of students' learning discipline at SMK Letris Indonesia 1 South Tangerang. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The subjects of the study were the Deputy Head of Student Affairs, Guidance and Counseling Teachers, Civic Education teachers, and students at SMK Letris Indonesia 1 South Tangerang. To collect data, researchers used observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the role of Civics teachers in improving learning discipline at SMK Letris Indonesia 1 South Tangerang as motivators, facilitators, managers, demonstrators, mentors, evaluators, and models has not run optimally. This is evidenced by the violations committed by students, such as arriving late to school, falling asleep while studying, and not doing assignments on time. 摘要

学习纪律对学生取得成就是非常重要的。因此,实现这一目标需要教师的作用。本研究的目的是了解在南丹格朗SMK小学,潘卡西拉和公民教育教师在提高学生学习纪律意识方面所扮演的角色。本研究采用个案研究的定性研究方法。该研究的对象是SMK Letris Indonesia 1 South Tangerang的学生事务副主任、指导和咨询教师、公民教育教师和学生。为了收集数据,研究人员采用了观察、访谈和记录的方法。结果显示,公民学教师作为激励者、促进者、管理者、示范者、导师、评价者和榜样在改善南坦格朗SMK小学学习纪律方面的作用并没有达到最佳状态。这可以从学生的违规行为中得到证明,例如上学迟到,学习时睡觉,不按时完成作业。抑制因素是家庭不能被邀请一起工作,学生自己没有意识到纪律的重要性。
