Current study presents a critical review on description of pharmacological importance of osthole, which is reported to exhibit anticancer, antioxidant, osteogenic, hepatoprotective, neuroprotective, cardiovascular protective, antimicrobial, immuno-modulatory and inflammatory activities. Till date, the reports include pharmacological properties, brief chemistry or on advanced methods to explore osthole content in variety of plants. Present review seeks to highlight the sources, biosynthesis, extraction methods, pharmacological properties of the molecule and its derivatives. A brief discussion on patents recently published and granted on the molecule has also been highlighted. 摘要

蛇床子素是一种香豆素衍生的天然化合物,是中药的重要成分,广泛存在于蛇床子、短毛当归等植物中。蛇床子素具有抗癌、抗氧化、成骨、肝保护、神经保护、心血管保护、抗菌、免疫调节和炎症等药理作用,目前的研究对其药理作用的描述进行了综述。迄今为止,这些报道包括药理学性质、简要化学或探索各种植物中蛇床子素含量的先进方法。现就该分子及其衍生物的来源、生物合成、提取方法、药理性质等进行综述。简要讨论了该分子最近发表和授予的专利。因此,对文献的概述提出了对该分子研究的未来可能模式的分析。
