摘要

教师在实施辅导辅导中的作用,必须能够让学生、学科教师、校长、家长等学校各方参与进来,使辅导辅导方案得以正确实施。因为很多事情或问题经常出现在学生在学校的学习过程中。本研究所指的教师角色是教师在学校取得教育成功过程中扮演的引导者、咨询者、信息者、促进者、调解者、合作者、组织者、激励者、指导者、发起者、传递者、评价者、学科教师、班主任和评价者的角色。这种类型的研究是图书馆研究,使用的方法是定性的描述性设计,并以叙述的形式进行定性分析。研究结果表明:教师在学校心理咨询指导服务中扮演的角色是一个持续的过程,自愿细致入微,对男女学生都有原则指导,运用东方文化,并有效地实施。
