Procrastination behavior in doing assignments or what is currently known in the world of education as academic procrastination, is a behavior that is very often done by some students. This procrastination itself has various impacts and can cause harm to students related to their academic life. This research will not only discuss the impact of procrastination but will also reveal what are the dangers of procrastination for students using the literature study research method. The results of this study show that procrastination can harm students from a physical, psychological, or emotional perspective. If procrastination is continuously carried out by students, there will be physical disorders in the form of health problems, psychological disorders in the form of high stress, and emotional disorders in the form of high anxiety.

Every student will experience development in his life. In each of these developments, students must go through it well. Students will experience many changes in themselves, especially experiencing a lack of self-confidence. Self-confidence is an individual's awareness of the strengths and abilities they have, belief in a sense of self-confidence, feeling satisfaction with himself both mentally and physically and can act according to his certainty, and can control achieving the goals he hopes for. It is undeniable that achieving achievement in students' lives requires self-confidence, but the problem is that many students lack self-confidence even though they are good at academics. Therefore, self-confidence in students is not something that can grow and exist in a person by itself. However, each student has different self-confidence. Some students have high self-confidence and some have low self-confidence, when students have low self-confidence, these students are unsure of their abilities, tend to look at things negatively in dealing with everything, are afraid to be themselves, and find it difficult to control themselves. This is due to the many factors that influence student confidence. Because self-confidence is not simply attached to students and is also not innate. It is possible that the alpha generation must also have a high sense of trust. As we know, this alpha generation is the first generation born in the digital world and is a generation that is very familiar with digital technology. For this reason, it is necessary to study how this alpha generation as a student can have high self-confidence. This study aims to examine more deeply related to the factors that influence students' self-confidence. The method used in this research is a literature review. The literature that researchers used in this study consisted of books, scientific articles, and other quotations. This literature was collected and then analyzed to examine the factors that influence students' self-confidence.

Adolescence is characterized by puberty such as not being able to make their own decisions without help from parents or friends, adolescents have not been able to release themselves emotionally from their parents, and low self-confidence of adolescents and adolescents who are still unable to solve problems that are present in their lives. This study aims to: (1) find out how much influence family functioning has on adolescent independence (2) how much influence social interaction has on adolescent independence (3) how much family functioning and social interaction together affect adolescent independence. The approach used is quantitative with an associative type. The population in this study was 73 people. The sampling technique in this study uses a saturated sampling technique which means that all members of the population are used as samples. The instrument used in this study is a measurement scale developed by the researcher. Data analysis used to test the research hypothesis is simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear analysis The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of the family functioning variable (X1) on adolescent independence (Y) with a significant value of 0.000> 0.05 with a percentage level of 28.5% (2) there is a positive and significant influence of the social interaction variable (X2) on adolescent independence (Y) with a significant value of 0.003> 0.05 with a percentage level of 7.5%.0.05 with a percentage level of 7.8% (3) there is a positive and significant influence of family functioning variables (X1) and social interaction (X2) together on adolescent independence (Y) with a significant value of 0.000>0.05 with a percentage level of 32.1%

This research is motivated by the existence of problems with MAN 3 Agam students, namely that there are students who delay doing assignments, it is evident that many students complain about doing assignments because of the difficulty of assignments given by the teacher, students choose not to do or postpone assignments because students are afraid of failing in doing the assignment, besides that students also spend a lot of time in making assignments given by the teacher, students think assignments can be done at any time. Task delays can hinder or even frustrate the achievement of goals in learning, regardless of whether the delay has a reason or not, delays in dealing with assignments are called procrastination. Academic procrastination is failure to do assignments within the desired timeframe or delaying doing assignments until the last minute. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study are the behavior that causes academic procrastination in the learning of MAN 3 Agam students, namely: 1) There is a delay in starting or completing the task at hand. 2) Delay in doing assignments where the student takes longer than others. 3) The time gap between the plan and the actual performance where the student has difficulty doing something within a specified time limit. 4) do other fun activities instead of doing the tasks that must be done.

Alpha generation (Digital) is the first generation that has truly coexisted with sophisticated technology since birth, this generation is very vulnerable and has always been an easy target for crime through technology, a phenomenon that is currently happening, namely crime and sexual deviation, the target of this action is not only adults but also minors. Given these problems, it will be discussed what is the role of the counseling teacher or counselor to be able to prevent crimes and sexual deviations, especially in the alpha (Digital) generation, in which the counseling teacher is an educator who will assist students in recognizing how to direct and also how to identify themselves, especially about sexuality that must be maintained properly. The purpose of this research is to collect various references regarding the role of counseling teachers in preventing sex deviations in the alpha (digital) generation. This research uses the Library Research method regarding the deviation of the alpha (digital) generation.

As social beings, humans need other people in living life. In this case, it's a friend. The friend in question is someone who is always there when things are hard/happy, or when needed, a friend like that is called a friendship. Establishing interpersonal relationships (friendships) is important. The existence of interpersonal relationships can provide support, assistance, and comfort. There are times when a human has friends of different genders. Especially for the alpha generation who are more open-minded in terms of choosing friends, which means they are not limited to gender. However, in reality, there are still many friend zone phenomena that can damage friendships. Even worse, there are many cases of sexual violence against their friends. Therefore an understanding of sex education and self-awareness is needed to strengthen cross-sex friendships in the alpha generation. This article aims to provide a deeper understanding of how to strengthen cross-sex friendships. Based on the results of a literature study, sex education that is integrated with self-awareness can strengthen cross-sex friendships.

Work adjustment is something that should be done by individuals when starting to enter the world of work. These adjustments may include adjustments to co-workers, rules at work, or something else. Various kinds of problems arise related to individual abilities when making work adjustments. The problems experienced by teachers with honorary status, tend to be that honorary teachers are not optimal in making work adjustments. This can be seen from the existence of honorary teachers who resigned from their jobs and the lack of harmony in relations with colleagues. The novelty in this study has not found previous articles that discuss the theory of work adjustment for honorary teachers. This research is to determine the level of work adjustment for honorary teachers in one of the high schools in Padang City. The research method used was a field study in the form of observation and interviews with two honorary counseling teachers. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the two counseling teachers who have honorary status at one of SMA X Padang City are in the pretty good category.
