The learning outcomes of student that used E-book teaching material was higher than students that used printed teaching materials. The students who have high reading literacy and used E-book teaching material, the student learning outcomes was higher than the student who have high reading literacy but used printed materials. 摘要

本研究以印尼巴东内杰里大学教育学院教育管理研究项目学生为对象,旨在提高管理心理学课程使用电子书教材阅读能力的学习效果。本研究采用2 × 2因子设计和方差分析的实验方法。本研究获得实验班96.6分,控制班93.3分的最高分。实验班学生的平均学习成绩为81.93分,对照组学生的平均学习成绩为71.75分。两类的t检验结果,tcount为5.11,ttable为1.66。这意味着学生的学习成果存在显著差异。使用电子书教材的学生学习效果高于使用纸质教材的学生。阅读水平高且使用电子书教材的学生学习成绩高于阅读水平高但使用纸质教材的学生。阅读能力较低且使用电子书教材的学生,其学习成绩高于阅读能力较低且使用印刷教材的学生。
