Neonate with Severe Tricuspid Regurgitation and Flail Anterior Leaflet of the Tricuspid Valve

Flail anterior tricuspid valve leaflet is a rare source of primary tricuspid regurgitation. It can be challenging to manage medically in neonates and often requires surgical repair.
