The results found that technological progress and the proportion of urban female employed persons to all urban employed persons are important factors affecting the gender wage gap in urban areas, and the female wage propensity index increases with the increase of technological progress, and decreases with the increase of the proportion of urban female employed persons to all urban employed persons. Among them, technological progress has a greater impact, for every one-point increase in technological progress, the wage propensity index of women increases by 5.15%. Technological progress has helped to increase the wage propensity index of employed women, thereby contributing to the reduction of the gender wage gap. 摘要

引入工资倾向系数的概念,建立数学模型准确测度性别工资倾向指数,并利用中国城镇就业人口和工资大数据,进一步建立回归模型分析技术进步对性别工资差距的影响。结果发现,技术进步和城镇女性就业人员占城镇全部就业人员的比例是影响城镇性别工资差距的重要因素,女性工资倾向指数随技术进步的增加而增加,随城镇女性就业人员占城镇全部就业人员比例的增加而降低。其中,技术进步的影响更大,技术进步每提高1个点,女性的工资倾向指数就会提高5.15%。技术进步有助于提高就业妇女的工资倾向指数,从而有助于缩小男女工资差距。建议,首先,应提高女性自身特征的影响,如教育程度和工作经验;二是促进妇女就业,扩大城镇妇女就业占城镇就业总人数的比例;第三,应确保妇女就业和工资水平的同步提高,并进一步加强技术进步。
