GOVERNMENT TOOLS OF REPRODUCTION PROCESSES REGULATION IN THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX OF THE PROBLEM REGION

Статья посвящена изучению региональных аспектов государственного регулирования воспроизводственных процессов в АПК Республики Адыгея. Представлены результаты анализа динамики развития воспроизводственных процессов в АПК Республики Адыгея, относящейся к группе регионов депрессивного типа Юга России. Раскрыты территориально-отраслевые особенности и проблемы развития АПК Республики Адыгея. Проведен анализ методов, инструментов господдержки АПК Республики Адыгея, включая инфраструктурную, финансовую, информационную поддержку. Особое внимание уделено программно-целевой государственной поддержке сельскохозяйственного производства в Республике Адыгея. Представлены результаты реализации государственных программ социально-экономического развития АПК Республики Адыгея, модернизации инфраструктуры сельских территорий. В соответствии со стратегическими приоритетами модернизации АПК Республики Адыгея предложены направления совершенствования инструментов государственного регулирования воспроизводственных процессов. The regional aspects of government regulation of reproduction processes in the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Adygheya are considered. The results of the dynamics of the development of reproductive processes in the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Adygheya, which is in the group of depressive type regions of the South of Russia, are analyzed. The territorial and sectoral features and problems of the development of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Adygheya are presented. The analysis of methods and tools of state support to the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Adygheya, including infrastructure, financial, information support, is carried out. Special attention is paid to the program-targeted state support of agricultural production in the Republic of Adygea. The results of the implementation of state programs of socio-economic development of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Adygea, modernization of rural infrastructure are presented. In accordance with the strategic priorities of the modernization of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Adygea, the directions of improving the instruments of state regulation of reproductive processes are proposed.
