The collected data were analyzed to test the hypotheses using structural equation modeling. Results indicated that green innovation, green environmental ethics, and green governance have a positive and significant effect on green public administration. In addition, a positive and meaningful impact was found between green public administration and green citizenship value, intention to participate in green city, and green social value. 摘要

本文旨在检验绿色公共管理的前因后果模型。因此，采用定量研究方法和结构化问卷来解决问题和制定的假设。这项调查是在伊朗西北部一个多文化、多民族的城市乌尔米娅进行的。采用多阶段整群抽样的方法，从乌尔米亚的5个区选出550名公民进行调查。利用结构方程模型对收集到的数据进行分析以检验假设。结果表明，绿色创新、绿色环境伦理和绿色治理对绿色公共管理具有显著的正向影响。此外，绿色公共管理与绿色公民价值、绿色城市参与意愿、绿色社会价值之间存在显著的正向影响。该研究清楚地表明，绿色公共管理作为政府发展中的一个新概念尚未被正确地纳入管理，在世界范围内，特别是在伊朗，这方面缺乏理论化
