It comprises posttraumatic stress disorder, general anxiety, aversion to social situations, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and panic disorder. Some people think about using natural therapies as an alternative to anxiety drugs because they may cause negative side effects. Due to their natural origins and lack of adverse effects, these medications and herbal medicine are becoming more and more popular in both developed and developing nations. Minerals, organic matter, and medicinal plants are the sources of many traditional remedies. Alkaloids, also saponins, glycosides, flavonoids, which, etc. are all present.
